This all started almost as a “back of a paper-napkin” discussion between A & myself about what it would be like to go it alone and have a go at cooking food that we love in ways that we find delicious. Now that we've had a few months getting to grips with everything we've spent the month of January doing some “admin” and getting ourselves planned up and ready to go for the year ahead.
Don't worry though, this doesn't mean we haven't done any menu testing because we're all set to go for our Valentine's event (one-night only!) and tickets are already starting to sell for a special Offal event in March. Tickets can also be found on our “When and Where” Page so we look forward to seeing you there. Looking ahead, we've already got some great ideas sketched out for a really tasty Spring event as we look forward to a lot of beautiful produce coming our way in the warmer months. Add to all of this the fact that we are working hard to find a more “permanent” home for our events in the form of a Chef Residency, and there will be plenty of food to come from us in 2015.
The business and legal side of things are a massive part of this year and with a little bit of reading and learning (plus ALOT of help from well-informed friends!) we intend to have a formal business operating by the end of the year. Our website and blog will continue to grow too with lots of new recipes, stories, beautiful food photos and even some exciting videos will come your way this year (by the way if you haven't yet subscribed to our blog you can now do so by clicking here).
With that said I think I'd best be getting back to some work getting all of this ready for you. We are incredibly grateful for all of the support we've received so far.
