We ran this "gift guide" last year, and with most of us now doing our shopping online (and invariably leaving it late, or maybe that's just me!?) we've got 5 quick ideas for your food-obsessed friend. Mind you, these aren't just Christmas gifts, think of them as 'proof of patience' when it comes to their hobby, because let's face it, you probably put up with alot...

I recently wrote an article highlighting key figures and restaurants within the Hospitality industry that I felt are contributing the most in the field of sustainability and resource management when it comes to food. I thought, in this post, I'd share with you three solid restaurants in London for varying budgets that I would always take friends/family/colleagues. It can be hard for a chef (especially poor ones like us!) to eat out or be taken out, I know I am definitely fussy about the places I spend my money and I know R also most definitely is!
