It's been an amazing 4 months building and kicking things off at Platform 1 in East Dulwich and we wanted to share a video of how we got started. The team has been amazing with Chloe's leadership and drive spurring on the front of house team of Sarah & Vanessa especially as they move ahead with the new kitchen team, Perilla Dining, for the next 4 months. We have loads more to share but we just have to say thank you for having us.
