We started this blog back in 2014, at the very beginning of the Smoke & Salt journey. Unfortunately we haven't been able to migrate all of our posts over, so for now if you want to read about everything we got up to "back in the day" you should visit the archives here.
Initially started as a way of getting ideas and musings out of our heads, we are keen to bring this blog to our "new look" Smoke & Salt. There will be mostly food content which will, of course, include recipes and menu development ideas, musings on the restaurant industry as a whole, and hopefully light-hearted advice from each and every one of the Smoke & Salt team.
