We love the simplicity of seasonal and local ingredients. These aspects motivate us as well as bringing in other global flavours, ingredients, and cuisines. In this way, we try and reflect the diversity and multiculturality of South London and the UK through our food

I don't need to make concessions. What issues from their miniscule kitchen is little short of bravura...Tin box or noT, this is how to create a restaurant.
Food reviewers are prone to over-gush or knee-jerk criticise, but I would be hard pressed to find any criticism whatsoever. The staff are fully engaged and clearly committed, each dish is a little world unto itself...Aaron and Remi’s plates work in a logical harmony.
Whether they can replicate the fortunes of the previous inhabitants, who have moved out to a bigger site in Soho, remains to be seen. But the forecast is good: their cooking is match fit and up to the challenge.
This feels squarely on trend: a bit Scandi, a bit Korean, a bit barbecue-y; with the use of preserved ingredients alongside fresh ones lending some consistency and rhythm to what might otherwise descend into cross-cultural chaos
